I love that Easter is always on Sunday. A reverent and holy day for a reverent and holy celebration. To some, it is just another Sunday.
Today, the birds are chirping, the sun is shining, the sky is blue, the bulbs are starting to emerge out of the ground, and there is a robin hopping around my grandparents' front yard. Like Alma, I can see that "all things denote there is a God" (Alma 30:44).
The rebirth of things during spring is symbolic of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Because He lives, all mankind can triumph over physical and spiritual death.
"Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. He is not here: for he is risen, as he said" (Matthew 28:5-6).
Jesus Christ is the Savior and Redeemer of the world.
I know that He lives.
I know that He lives.
